Windows 10: Which files can I delete? Running out of Hard disk space

Hello, I've written about this several times and my hard disk still fills up to 90% capacity. I delete as many folders as possible and I use the Treesize software to remove files. But I still run out of space. It seems that the downloads folder is the most used. But here are 2 folders and they seems to be the same - duplicates. Comparing the two they seem to have the same files. I honestly don't know what else I can do. I have an external drive and move many files to that drive. Which files can I remove:#1#2:

Could be the Windows Update Stores files, .old files, shadow copies, etc.

Try running Windows disk clean up with the "Clean up System Files" option.

Delete files using Disk Cleanup <-- Be sure to check out the section at the bottom "To clean up all files on the computer".

Taking into consideration that the free space is shrinking fast, it is possible that your system is creating restore points. To
delete restore points except for the recent one, simply follow the steps below:

• From the Cortana search box, type Disk Cleanup and click on the first result.
• Once the Disk Cleanup window appears, select the
  More Options tab.
• Under the System Restore and Shadow Copies column, click on the
  Clean up... button.

Once done with the steps, see if your disk space has expanded.
