Which One in the BIOS Should I Disable and Enable so It's as Stable as Possible?

Which one in the BIOS should i disable or enable so it's as stable as possible. It's an old system for a client. The motherboard is a G41C-GS rev. 1 with Northbridge: Intel® G41Southbridge: Intel® ICH7Also for some reason the Intel R Virtualization tech. is grayed out, if that needs to be disabled, how can it be disabled?Thank you in advance. Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Which One in the BIOS Should I Disable and Enable so It's as Stable as Possible?

VT-x is not available, but is enabled in BIOS

There are three common culprits for the type of error the user is seeing:

    • VT-x is not enabled in the BIOS
    • The CPU doesn't support VT-x
    • Hyper-V virtualization is enabled in Windows

Since the user already eliminated the first two possible culprits, the next step is to open a command prompt as administrator and run the following command:

Afterwards, reboot the PC and try VirtualBox again.
