Which one of the following statements is incorrect?1. Bitlocker is used, part of image, part of imaging process. 2. Currently all laptops in traditional Office use are protected by Bitlocker. 3. After the migration to Windows 10 in the new OS environment all laptops and desktops will use Bitlocker by default. 4. Only VIP laptops will be protected by Bitlocker as standard.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

I cannot print a bank statement

• Does this issue persist while printing from specific app or from all programs/app?
• Is printer connected to PC with wired connection or wireless connection?
• Is this issue specific to saved documents folder?

I would suggest you to follow the methods given below and check.

Method 1:

Firstly I suggest you to
Run Printer Troubleshooter and check if that helps.

The built-in Printer Troubleshooter can automatically detect and fix most of the incorrect settings and errors that could cause issues while printing. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if there is any issue
with the sound. Refer top these steps:

• Open Control Panel
• Click on Troubleshooting and select the
  view all option on the left pane.
• Click on Printer troubleshooter and follow the prompts.

If issue still persists try method 2,

Method 2:

Clear Printer Spooler files and enable the Print Spooler Service

Step 1:

• 
  Press Windows key + R, and type "Services.msc" (without the quotation marks) in the run and hit enter.
  
• 
  Double-click "Printer Spooler"
  in the Services list.
  
• 
  Click Stop and click
  OK.
  
• 
  Press windows + R key and type
  "%WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers" in the open window and click on
  OK, and delete all files in this folder.
  

Step 2:

You must be logged on as an administrator to perform these steps.

  Press windows key + X key and then click on
  Control Panel. And then click Administrative Tools.
  
• 
  Double-click Services. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  Right-click the Print Spooler service, and then click
  Properties.

  On the General tab, next to Startup type, make sure that
  Automatic is selected.

  If the service is not already running, under Service status, click
