Windows 10: Which product keys have I redeemed

Hi all, I have purchased and activated multiple product keys for Windows from the e company store. I recently had to reassemble my personal PC with a new NVME, processor and mobo. When I logged into my windows account it showed I did not have an active windows key. I bought another key and utilized that key to activate my current set up. So do I have other keys that are now not being used? I have found all of my product keys, so can I use them on other pcs? Also I'm not sure which key is which and I've built pc's for my family. I don't want to use one that might be tied to say my wife's PC. I

Thank you for the clarification. So when you purchased it, there's a possibility that you have redeemed it on another Microsoft account. I would suggest getting in touch with Microsoft chat support (Contact Us - Microsoft Support)
so they can check on their end on which Microsoft account the product key was redeemed to and they will also be able to help you transfer it to your account. Just make sure to have the product key ready and the proof of purchase.
