Windows 10: WHICH SITE THAT I CAN FIND AND DOWNLOAD FREE PDF EDITOR WITH THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS ARE...

Dear,Greetings.I would like to ask for advice. Ever since my CPU had been reformated or reboot from scratch. I already set everything successfully. Except one issue.Recently, adobe is free to download only to print and view the pdf. However, i cannot access the edit option in PDF because I need to pay for the subscription which is a hassle and I do not like to pay with that method.Due to my choice and decision I decided to look another option 1 Download the same adobe version from my previous CPU system that I used before it was been reformatted or rebooted.Tried that but its still the same

Because of the patents Adobe has, finding a FREE editor will be difficult. There is one program that can edit PDF files, BUT, only one page at a time ... Inkscape

PDFedit is another option to try.

Scroll through the top list for Windows and then the bottom list further down the page.

CutePDF and PDF995 are the typical tools I've used. There are a bunch more too.

The one I have used is PDF converter Pro which you can get from PDF Converter - PDF Conversion to Word, Excel, Image, HTML - PDF-File. Its not free yet but offers free download trial. Its inbuilt editor was great for editing PDFs without any conversion.

For you to download and access the PDF files, please follow the steps below:

• Please download and install the UC browser and Xodo PDF Reader & Editor from Windows Store.
• Once installed, please download the PDF file from a web page using the
  UC browser by tapping the PDF file you wish to download > Click
  Regular Download.
• Once the PDF file is downloaded, please go to App list >
  Xodo application > Menu icon > Recent Documents > tap the
  PDF file you've downloaded from UC browser.

Please note that if you have an existing PDF Reader application installed on your phone, we suggest that you uninstall it first.
