Windows 10: Which utility for registry cleaning/maintenance do you recommend?

Hi everyone, which utility for registry cleaning/maintenance do you recommend? I'm using Wise Registry Cleaner FREE. Do you recommend anything else? Which is the absolute best free or commercial? And which is instead the best free?Thanks in advance.

Good Utility to clean file remnants and registry errors?

Yeah, I thought it might be too old. I like 5.78 Works fine... doesn't come loaded down with all the extra junk. I'll probably switch over to Wise Cleaner one day, but I'm in no hurry. I only use Custom Clean, Registry and the cookies white list in CCleaner. I have it completely blocked in my firewall too.

Good Utility to clean file remnants and registry errors?  

It's not too shabby.

However there is no option to include custom items to clean so it's okay for a quick cleanup.
