  2. Microsoft Solitaire Collection Weekly Rewards reset timing problem

    Each week, the Weekly Rewards resets at midnight local time. However, any game that I play before 10am (11am during daylight savings) shows the reward as completing the third step on the Bronze card, without completing the first and second steps. My time zone is UTC +10 (Sydney, Melbourne). When I complete another game, the same reward is given.

    Once midnight ticks over at UTC +0 (ie Grenwich, UK) the rewards system performs normally.

    This occurs on both Windows and Android.

My apologies and I understand that you are having an issue with regards to Microsoft Solitaire that is not working with regards to the weekly rewards reset timing and for this I would suggest to try and logout and login to the game and see how it goes. If you will continue to experience an issue, you can also cross check this with the community of fellow casual gamers for Solitaire from the link below. You can also monitor if you will experience the issue within the day as this might also be within the server of the game and you can also submit a ticket to the MS Casual Games team for them to check on your account to see on what is transpiring behind this issue.

    Weekly Rewards

    I find I cannot access weekly rewards until UTC 00:01 time is reached in my time zone which is currently +10 so I cannot access weekly rewards until 10am on Monday morning. I think this is a bug. Is there a way to report bugs? I am logged into Xbox Live and progress is being saved in cloud.
