Windows 10: While my phone is able to see many wifi networks it may connect to, my PC is unable to. How...

-I have IPV6 Enabled-My Airplane Mode option does not exist so I assume that is not enabled.-When I press on the "^" icon on the bottom right of my Windows 10 screen, my Network icon is a TV with a thing on its left.Specifically, I am trying to connect my PC to the camera of my Dynasonic Plaque Remover. My phone is able to view its wifi nameTOOTH-CLEANER-BEE0041, yet my PC fails to even list the possible wifi networks aside from my main ethernet connection.The Plaque Remover software phone links my phone to "6zhentan.com" which allows my phone to download the "Viidure-Dashcam Viewer" softwar

Phone won't connect if I change wifi password

My Nokia Lumia 520 never had any connection problems, but today it won't connect not even when I press the WPS button on the modem or type the wifi password. I get the message:

''The Wifi network didn't respond, try again later''.

Wifi is working fine on all other devices (pc, laptop, tablet and other phones) so I'm guessing it's a phone issue? Phone's wifi was working fine yesterday.

 

Unable to see a specific WiFi Network in list

I have Windows 8.1. I can see the WiFi networks of everyone in the vicinity. However, am unable to see the WiFi network installed in my home.

The WiFi Network that am unable to see is a new connection. This new connection is seen by all devices (Mobiles etc) but it is.not getting displayed in my Windows 8.1 list.

I have seen other threads on the issue which recommend checking WLAN Autoconfig etc. And have tried those steps too. But there is no change in the outcome.

Can anyone please suggest any solution that migjt work. I am not willing to format my Laptop.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.

To better assist you in connecting your phone to the WiFi connection, please answer the following questions:

• Were you able to select the hotel's WiFi connection on the phone, then put the WiFi password? To connect the phone to a WiFi connection, just go to
  Settings> Network and wireless> Wi-Fi. Select the hotel's WiFi connection name, then type the WiFi password.
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
