Windows 10: While playing phasmophobia my pc crashed

I need help about phasmophobia

So when i play phasmophobia, when i play multiplayer or single player minute after it load up my PC crash and it have blue screen. I checked ram and drivers for GPU and everything is fine but my game still crash. I also checked if I have PC for the game and it says that i can play it easily on ultra mode. Can you help me with this?

What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?

My pc keeps crashing while using it.

My PC keeps crashing randomly while using it. He just restarts himself. Especially while playing Valorant and Phasmophobia. If I look into the Reliability Monitor it just says "Windows was not properly shut down." I already reinstalled the graphic drivers and updated all drivers. I also reinstalled the games I talked about.
