While power on pc pc is restarting continuously but if we remove display monitor power pc booting up And again connected to monitor it's ok...why..this issue coming while powering on

Black screen when powering on PC. Fixed by removing power plug, plugging back

I have a weird problem with my desktop PC. Sometimes (not all the time), after I power up the PC, the display shows a black screen. Nothing shows up. The PC was powered on successfully as I can see the LEDs light up on the casing. To fix this problem, I pressed and hold the power button to shut down the PC first, then removed the power plug. Wait for a pop sound, then plug back the power plug. After doing these steps, the PC boots up normally and the monitor shows the BIOS boot up screen.

I am running Windows 10.

PC configuration:
- AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
- Nvidia GT 710
- Motherboard B450 Aorus pro Wifi
- DDR4 RAM 16Gbyte 2133Mhz clock
- SSD 1 Terabyte

Using a Samsung TV as a monitor. How do I power it on when I power on the PC?

 

Windows 11 PC in continuous boot cycle

Despite the computer working yesterday, my PC is stuck in a restart loop and I have run out of troubleshooting options.

When the PC turns on, all LED's and fans turn on for roughly 10 seconds, then it shuts off. No image is being displayed and it will continue to turn on and off until I disconnect the power.

So far I have done the following troubleshooting steps.

-removed all peripherals and anything plugged into the PC

-turned on power with 1 ram stick removed, then again with no ram, and again with no GPU.

-i have checked all connections to the PSU and replugged them as well as any motherboard connections

-Held F2 on startup to ender the BIOS (didn't do anything).

-removed and put back in the CMOS battery

If anyone has any suggestions on what I can do next, it would be greatly appreciated.
