Windows 10: While try to install iis server on windows machine getting error

while try to install IIS using window turn on and on features getting below error

IIS will not install on Windows 10

I recently upgraded my developers machine to Windows 10.

I need to test a WCF service and went to install IIS on my machine. It lets me check the boxes to install the management tools as well as the service. But during the install I get an error box:

Windows Features

Windows couldn't complete the requested changes.

The function attempted to use a name that is reserved by another transaction.

Error code : 0x80071A90

when I follow the link 'tell me how to fix this error' I followed the steps and the step did not help at all.

I need a workaround ASAP!!!

Tried to install from the DVD install media; E:\sources\sxs

1. Run from elevated CMD: "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:E:\sources"
   

Others
microsoft-windows-netfx3-ondemand-package.cab was in the DVD media

Please kindly advise me if I can try something else other than re-installing the OS from scratch.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
