Windows 10: while updating the windows getting the error "Error Encounter"we couldnt connect to the...

I did many troubleshooting manually install the update of windows it installed but while installing it from setting >>windows update >updates it shows errror.I cannot smoothly install the update.

Virus/Windows error

Ive been in safemode, still get the error but it doesn't restart. I'm not getting a bsod, its a pop up about 5 minutes after logging in that says windows encounted an error and needs to restart, and I was unable to stop the shutdown with cmd prompt

 

Windows Update Error Encountered

I updated to latest Windows Version from Update Assistant. I'm still having same issue it won't connect to Windows Update.
