Windows 10: Whistle / screech out of speakers on Windows 10 laptop

For the last few weeks there has been a whistle / screech out of the speakers on my Windows 10 laptop. The noise is not all the time and it is over the top of the talking or music on the videos.


Does anyone know how I can rid of this? I have looked through Settings but can't find anything. Also, the Microsoft Technical Support talked me through running a restore but that didn't work.

I don't know if it's when I open speech recognition or my Logitech speakers or what, but yesterday and only since yesterday my laptop speakers are making a high-pitch whistle sound

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
