Windows 10: White/blank login pop-up screen in Windows and Office

Hello, I have an issue, like a month ago, when I tried to login to my Office, only white/blank login pop-up box appears. Continuously trying I found out, the same box appears for example in Feedback Hub. So I tried creating a new local account and there everything is fine. It seems that my current profile is corrupt then. The question is - how to fix this without moving the files to the newly created local test account. Is there anything that can fix this?

Today i started getting some issues while trying to login in microsoft, so, when i click to login in my account, and that pop up screen opens so i can login, it is white, like fully white.
It is happening in my microsoft edge and some games like minecraft.

I tried to remove my adblock but it keeps.
