  1. White block on side of screen. Can't click on it and won't go away.

A user of ours recently had a white box appear on the right side of the screen that she can't get rid of. I'm unable to pinpoint exactly where it's coming from. I will update Windows and reboot to see if it disappears. However, if it returns, what troubleshooting tips can I use to resolve this?

    :)
