Windows 10: White Box appears at top of new pages Firefox and PDFs

For the last few days, a white box has appeared at the top of Firefox whenever I open a new window. It goes away if I full screen the page and then exit out of full screen. **** seen below, it completely prevents me from seeing the tab bar.


Today, it happened similarly when I opened an adobe pdf. However, I had opened a pdf not long before I opened the one that got the white bar with no issues. With the white bar, I can only change pdfs through the taskbar. This white bar will not go away and makes the top of the pdf look weird.


Clicking on either white bar just takes me to the open page underneath that one. Just looking for some advice to try and fix this issue!


Not really sure what category this fit under. I'm looking for help on the microsoft form because I do not think it is an issue with Firefox or Adobe pdf, but rather my computer.

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it

Best free PDF software?

I use:

• UnityPDF to merge/split PDFs and to insert/extract pages

• doPDF to create PDFs from any program that is capable of printing

• Foxit Reader to view PDFs and to type in them
