Windows 10: White bubble on monitors

on a white backgroundAs you can see, it is not a physical defect as the windows screenshot tool captures it as well. If I turn the affected monitor off, the bubble moves to my 2nd monitor.When I use task manager and select "always on top", the bubble will not overtake task manager. This is some sort of app defect, the bubble is notably imperfect in shape.I tried restarting windows explorer, and Service infrastructure host, neither did anything.

Ghostly bubbles flashing since Windows 10

My computer is 10 days old and I started getting the bubbles after an update on Wednesday. The bubbles occur after I close the lid and reopen it and makes my computer unusable for 10-60 minutes. I do not want to disable the touchscreen. I tried step 1
above to no avail. I will try step 2 once the bubbles hopefully subside. I tried uploading a video of the problem, but was unable to do so. Any other suggestions?

 

Bubbles Screen Saver Flips Dual Monitor Display

So I recently got two monitors set up and recently I noticed that it messed with my photos screensaver. I couldn't figure out how to fix it so I decided to try the Bubbles screensaver. For some reason, when the screensaver activates, it swaps the display
between monitors. So my main monitor with all the desktop icons will switch to the other monitor and what is on the other monitor will switch to my main monitor when the bubbles screensaver activates.

 

My monitor turns black and white

When I boot up my two-month-old Windows 10, the monitor displays lovely color. As soon as I enter my password and hit enter, the monitor turns black and white. Suggestions?
