Windows 10: White dots appear all over my windows

Discus and support White dots appear all over my windows in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; The title says it all.. It's not a dead pixels issue, it's a software issue i believe.these white dots appear when i open similar windows, see this...     White dots appear all over my windows


    The title says it all.. It's not a dead pixels issue, it's a software issue i believe.these white dots appear when i open similar windows, see this screenshot where they disappear:it only happens in some applications..

    Flashing white dots in Crysis DX10 (RADEON 7850)

    Your card is fine. Nothing wrong with it. It is clearly the game issue.

    I would request you to send a screen shot of the "Dot" that appears on your mail app.

    As of now, I would suggest that you perform the steps mentioned below and check if the issue persist.



    Step 1: Run App Troubleshooter.



    • On the search bar type “Troubleshooter”
    • Click on troubleshooter, on the left view pane, locate “View All”.
    • Then locate and click on “Windows Store Apps”.

    White dots appear all over my windows

    White Dot On Start Up Screen

    I have Nokia E71 when the unit starts up there is a small white dot appears on the black screen.

    The screen is OK no white dot on the white back ground.

    Only this appears on dark back ground.

    Please advise ......
