Windows 10: White Flash appears for a moment after updating to Windows 10 feature Update 1909

After Updating to Feature windows 10 update 1909, White color Flash appears for a moment while opening This PC or any other explorer window especially when in Dark App Mode.


Is there anyone who come across the same problem? Any idea how to get rid of this annoying white flash in while the Dark App Mode is activated.

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?
