Windows 10: White flashing dots all over the screen sometimes red green and blue

I am getting SO frustrated with these dots. They make my mouse stop working every 10 seconds so I have to turn the mouse off and back on again just to do the same thing 10 seconds later. I had to post this on another device since it was so tedious to use the trackpad. They are really hard to see when they’re on bright colors but when you put a black picture on full screen, all the dots are just dancing around. I have tried downloading a NVDIA driver but it doesn’t even show up, I have tried uninstalling my current driver, I have tried going to my Windows Update to see if my current version up

Red blue green white flashing screen after windows 10 upgrade

After upgrading to Windows 10 all was well for 5 days. In the middle of a project my screen started flashing red blue green white and I haven't been able to do anything. I cannot get into safe mode. I can hear windows starting but all I see is the colored
screen. Please help! Cannot afford to purchase a new computer.

i have an att tilt htc 8925 and i can not get my phone to load up. i keep getting a red green blue white screen, in the red it said

i have taken the battery out, i have tried a hard reset and nothing works. does anyone know what else i could do?

Today, I accidentally screwed up when I saw five flashing screens with the colors, red, blue, green, black, and white on my computer because I didn’t see that coming. I unplugged all of my cords, restarted my computer, and make it work. After that, I did
some diagnostic tests with my memory and drives to male sure that my computer is still fine every day. I sure hope this helps me fix the problem, I guess.
