Windows 10: White Light Blinks offen for 5 seconds in Microsoft Arc Mouse

Dear Support Team,


I am using the Microsoft Arc Mouse since long. I have noticed a problem while working on routine basis.

All of sudden while led light blinks for 5-7 seconds & my mouse stops working for that moment. The mouse is switched on & shows connected via bluetooth during these 5-7 seconds. And then it automatically starts working as soon as blinking of white LED is stopped.


Please advise how to resolve it.

What does blinking white means?

Also, it stopped working. When I add Bluetooth, it appears on my list but now it is not listed or discovered. I follow the click for 10 seconds, I actually click it for 20-30 seconds, and even 60 seconds. Still not yet discovered.

I already turn it on and off. Remove it to pair it again. Turn Airplane mode on and all, but still it cant detect my mouse.

It is blinking white at the mouse pad of the mouse and has blue light at the back.

What did happen to it? Thanks

but i can't pairing arc mouse

when i turn on mouse the led dosn't green or light and when i press and hold the power/connect button for 3 to 5 seconds the light on bottom of mouse dosn't blinks

When you see a blue light turn on it indicates that the mouse has power, if you don’t see the light, I suggest you to replace the batteries.

I suggest you to
download the install the driver for Arc Mouse, download the drive from the link and double click on the setup file and run it, you will be presented with
the onscreen instruction, and follow the instruction that will install the driver.

If you have already installed the drive, you can try to

update the drive.

Arc Mouse on your computer, if you still face the issue
