Windows 10: White Line Running Beneath All Icons Randomly Happens

Just upgraded to Windows 11 22H2 from Windows 10 22H2. I've noticed randomly a long white line spanning all the icons in my taskbar appears.Anyone know what causes it and how to fix it?

icons on taskbar in windows 10 has a white line under all programs list in it that are open, is there a way of removing it?

 

Program icon randomly changing to White icons.


I just re-download all the programs and installed them again.. icon where 100% there one i moved them into doc folder. after closing the folder and reopening it i lost the icons again... here a pic to help.





No idea why they are missing but each one of the icon has a that UAC shield on them if that helps at all.

I suggest you to update your Display drivers and check if the issue is resolved. You can refer the below steps to update the driver software.

Steps:-

• Press “Windows + X” and select Device manager.
• Select Display Adapter and expand the driver icon.
• Right click on the driver icon and click on Update.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.
• Restart the computer and check if the issue is resolved.
