Windows 10: white line when I boot pc on.

Hello professional,My pc started acting weird. It shows white horizontal line when I booth it on. The line temporarily disappears when I bend a corner of the screen. I have attached a screenshot of what I see when I turn the system on.My Pc Fan seems to also be very loud sometimes. Most repairers say my screen is damaged, but I honestly don't think it's a damaged screen problem. Can anyone recommend a solution for me please?See screenshot.

Random white lines during boot before Windows boot manager

Sometimes, when I turn on my laptop, it shows some white lines that disappear inmediatly



Lines are practically inappreciable





It happens randomly and white lines are showed the instant the screen lights up. Furthermore, if I access BIOS settings from Windows (restore this PC -> advanced restart -> UEFI settings) it will randomly show those white lines on screen. I have done memtest, video memory test and my GPU and hard drive are OK.
Although the PC boots, I would like to know what is causing it. How can I solve it?

icons on taskbar in windows 10 has a white line under all programs list in it that are open, is there a way of removing it?

 

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
