Windows 10: White pages appear in my pc windows :C folder

Can anyone please tell me what these little white pages with bent corner? They increase weekly. I do not know what creates them or how to figure it out. Thanks out there. Mo

C windows installer folder - Delete?

He can do symbolic link redirection and move the files in it to a different location. *Wink
Better try it out in a virtual of first. Just a suggestion.

Like:
First move everything in c:\windows\installer to d:\installercache
Then delete c:\windows\installer folder
Then type this in command mode as admin
mklink /d c:\windows\installer d:\installercache

Removing those installer files is a bad idea. it might prevent you from updating or uninstalling apps.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

White lines appearing on the edge of windows folder

Hi community. I'm on windows 10 Recently purchased 2 new Samsung M5 PC monitors. And I'm having an issue where ever full black is displayed on the monitor, white lines are appearing, whether it is in a software program, or in general on my screen. In this images I captured, the white lines are noticeable within the red rectangle area pointed out by the arrows. PS: The issue happens even when I swap the monitors. I also recorded a video, which shows when I enable full black colour these Lines appear.
