Windows 10: White screen after complete reset

I did a complete reset of my computer yesterday. Reinstalling windows using the reset feature and chose the wipe everything option. I tried both the local install and on the cloud. By 26% it gets stuck and says “undoing changes”. Then it continues. Now I get two problems: When I boot up my computer as u normally would and try to log in I get the error: “The user profile service failed the sign in. User profile cannot be loaded.” Then I try to boot up using safe mode. Now I can log in but when I do I get the white screen everything’s white.

Screen is completely white after factory reset completes

Hello, my pc is connected to a screen, not a monitor. I was going to factory reset my pc to get room since my dad had a bunch of data used up before he passed me the computer. So I did the steps of resetting the computer and having a fresh one. After it gets pass the black screen that says “Resetting Pc %#” and I was watching and it reached 100, but after that it’s completely white. I tried ctrl+alt+del and turning the pc on and back off, but nothing works. Theres no cursor or anything. Just a white screen and I cant do anything on the screen either. I’ve been waiting for atleast 1 hour and probably more depending on when you see this but nothing changed.

Please answer the questions below:

• Did you use this computer with HP monitor before? And was it working fine?
• Do you see manufacturer logo or any black screen in HP monitor? Or you just immediately see white screen when you turn the computer on?

I request you to uninstall and reinstall the Graphics Card Drivers.

Step 1: Uninstall the Graphics Card
Drivers

• 
  Right click on the Start menu.
  
• 
  Click on “Device Manager” from that list.
  
• 
  Search for the Graphics Card
  from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select that and then remove the corrupted drivers
  from the computer.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and then restart the computer if prompted.
  

After the restart, please go ahead with the next steps to install the latest drivers and check if that resolves the issue.



Step 2: Go to the Computer or Graphics Card
manufacturer’s website and search for the latest Windows 10 drivers available for the
Graphics Card model and then install it by following the instructions given in the website.
