Windows 10: White screen at bootup

Discus and support White screen at bootup in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Hi all, have just upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to 10 pro.     Hi all, have just upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to 10 pro. The computer boots to safe mode ok but at normal startup I get a white screen with a box top left of screen regarding cortana etc. I have seen the normal screen momentarily, it then reverts back to the white screen. So far I have
    Tried to reinstall my Nvidia Graphics card but unable to in safe mode.
    Booted to installation on usb stick & tried to repair. It was unable to.
    I am now out of ideas with my limited knowledge, does anyone have an idea as to what I can try next?

    Windows 10 Orange screen on bootup

    Recently upgraded to Windows 10, and then encrypted with Windows 10 software. (Bitlocker?)

    Yesterday there was an update.

    Today upon bootup and before the encryption screen appears the screen goes to orange with vertical white stripes.

    Suggestions?

    Just installed 500W PSU, and still have the thing with whitind out of the bootup screen... Still slow performance....

    • Can you send us a screenshot of the
      white bar?

    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?



    This issue could also be related to
    damaged screen. We suggest that you contact your manufacturer to have your computer checked for hardware issues.
