Windows 10: White screen explore.exe

Hello, I am here because i have some trouble with windows 10. After some updates my windows went crazy, I think is a malware but i don't know. When I try to open explore.exe it is crashing, my bitdefender recognized as a malware and it show me a white screen and i can't do nothing. The same thing wih powershell. For moment I add these apps like an exception in antivirus but they do like before. Please help..

Internet Explorer white screen

I am experiencing the same problem with the screen downloading white instead of blue. How do you do a hard reset or what the moderator suggested? Any suggestions that anyone can offer will be much appreciated.
