Windows 10: White screen poping up after sign up and can't access anything but Tast Manager only...

Hi there!After restarting my laptop after a long time i got this problem, that after signing in, a white screen flashes and does not give me access to anything. I can only go to Task Manager through ctr + alt + del. From Task magager i open cmd with administrative privilege. Then i write a couple of times "explorer.exe". Till the explorer opens and then i get normal acces to task bar. But cant not right click on them and by clicking on Windows icon on Taskbar, just get an error which says "Critical Error. Your Start menu isn't working. We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in". Signing ou

Hi there!

After restarting my laptop after a long time i got this problem, that after signing in, a white screen flashes and does not give me access to anything. I can only go to Task Manager through ctr + alt + del. From Task magager i open cmd with administrative privilege. Then i write a couple of times "explorer.exe". Your Start menu isn't working. We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in". Signing out wont help. I have restored everything to the last date of health, it was 15.07.2022. But the white screen pops up again and the problem is still alive.

Safe mode with Networking does not work as well. Tried to find virus by antiviruses like Eset, Norton, Hitman pro and tried to safe my laptop through ccleaner. But Nothing was found except of some trackers that are deleted now.

At first I though the devices could be broken. so I updated them (also my windows), then i uninstalled and installed them. did not help that much.

Furthermore i wanted to scan the laptop through windows security ( Microsoft defender offline scan) but it is not working. I only get the question if i am sure to let the app make changes on my laptop. After allowing it, nothing happened. uninstalled all the antiviruses i had. tried to fix defender through cmd, writing these codes: sfc /scannow

and

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I think the problem could be with explorer. Because since i made some changes in the view settings ( checked the item: "lunch folder windows in a seperate process") also the normal safe mode got the white flashing screen.

please help. I got stuck in this problem since a weak a go.

This issue could also be related to

Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.
