Windows 10: White screen windows store

Hi, i tried everything to solve this problem but to no avail. I want to buy an app in the windows store and when i click the button to pay, i get a small white screen and thats it. I tried another pc, also windows 11, just the same result. There is nothing wrong with my payment method but tried my wifes visa card anyway, the same result. i cant tell you how fustrated i feel after weeks trying to resolve this. I believe i tried all methods described on the internet because yes, other people also have this issue, but didnt find a solution. i just want to buy an app, thats all... Trying to avoid

Get button is white on white bachground, Microsoft store

Hi all, I had a thread running about being unable to add the Raw image extension from the store. After lots of store re-setting I found the "get"button was actually white on white so not visible unless you look really closely. Here is a screen shot:

Appreciate advice on how to get the button visible again. I have terminated and reset the app multiple times, logged in and out of the store and run wsreset.exe many times all from running as admin. One suggestion has been to create a different account to see if that works better. I can see other buttons in the store are also white text on white but against a grey BG, for example when looking at movies. Win 10 Pro build 19044.1466
