Windows 10: White screen with keyboard, accessibility and volume buttons on booting

Recently, on booting my laptop Windows 11 I get this screen on signing in to my user profile:It goes away on it's own in a minute or two, but what is this issue?I have tried updating the drivers and Windows too.I tried opening the task manager to see if any program was running while this screen appeared but the shortcut didn't work.I fear that it may turn into a bigger problem, so I thought I'll ask once.There's no applications I've recently installed.Didn't find any helpful articles anywhere.

windows 10 white screen lockout what is the cause.

White screen "lockout" did not happen at boot. Had already logged in and was doing whatever I do after I logged in, then screen went totally white, Cannot recall what APP or program I was using then. No mouse or keyboard access, had to hold down the power
button to power off.

Waited a few minutes then pressed power button and system display was white.

Did not have windows 10 disks or was able to access "safe mode"

Did use one of the keyboard F keys to boot and was offered the opportunity for Diagnostics, ran it but to no avail, suggestion was to to a system reset which in effect re-installed windows 10 (losing the installed Apps)

I have another laptop and went on line to see if there was any information on this and some of the posts suggested that I had the "white screen" virus. Never heard of it. So this quest for information is to determine of indeed this symptom was result of
a virus or glitch in the OS.

 

Boot Surface Laptop to USB - no Volume button

This doesn't list the "Surface Laptop", but you might give it a try to see.

Otherwise, you should be able to use OPTION ONE below to boot from the USB from advanced startup.

On screen Keyboard

To quickly access the On-screen Keyboard (OSK) without going to Settings, follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the taskbar.
• Make sure that the "Show touch keyboard button" is enabled.
• Touch keyboard icon will appear on the notification area.
• Click on it to launch the On-Screen Keyboard.
