    Every time after win11 restarts or launches, command prompt flashes 2-3 times and then a white screen appears, but the task bar is still there and other apps in task bar can launch without a problem. When I use task manager to stop progress of the default browser chrome or edge, the white screen disappears. This is annoying and my computer experience app or system crashes more frequently after this problem appears.
