Windows 10: Whiteboard cannot show recent boards

When I go into the app appears a message telling that cannot show recent boards and I see the boards but not updatedWhen I try to open any board a message appears An error occurred while processing your requestWe encountered an unknown errorReference Id: I was working in a board, left the board and the problem appearedAny help will be appreciated

1. Please switch to another network, or quit anti-virus software on your device and check the result.
   
2. If you get issue when using Whiteboard App, please try using Whiteboard for the web at https://whiteboard.microsoft.com in browser and check if it works normally.
   
3. If you are using Whiteboard app, try uninstall the app, reinstall it from Microsoft Store and check the result.

1. If you have any antivirus software, please quit them temporarily and check the result.
   
2. Try sign out your account from the app, restart devices, sign in back and check the result.
   
3. To check if the issue related to your network, try connecting to another network and check the result.
   
4. If you are using Word and school account that is managed by your organization, please make sure you have authentication app required by your organization installed on your devices.
   
5. Try use whiteboard for the web and check the result: Microsoft Whiteboard

1. Can you use whiteboard for the web normally?
   
2. Which kind of accounts you are using for signing whiteboard? Account crated by yourself or account assigned by your organization?

1. How can I get rid of the banner advertising the new whiteboard as it limits my ability to scroll down to see all my whiteboards?

2. Is there a way to have my whiteboards in a list so that I can see all my prepared whiteboards or are the number of whiteboards limited?
