Discus and support Whiteboard in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Is there a way to convert back to the old whiteboard app, as the new one is garbage?The lag is terrible and it took away many useful features....     Whiteboard - unable to export

    Hi Azad,

    Asper your description, may I know are you using Microsoft whiteboard app to export. If possible, could you please share a step how did you try to
    export a Microsoft Whiteboard Canvass or some related screenshot of better understand.

    Also, could you please share with us screenshot of error message.

    Microsoft Whiteboard - Files stopped syncing to the cloud

    If you haven't exported the whiteboards as .png files for backup. I'd suggest doing so in case you have to rewrite your notes.
