The software company I work for is makes a video management software for recording and displaying IP cameras. They are using the latest Enhanced Video Renderer in our viewing client software and my developers have some questions that they need to ask a live person. Who or what group over at Microsoft manages the EVR product and what is their contact information?

Enhanced video renderer unavailable after installing Media Feature Pack

I'm on windows pro n and i have installed the media feature pack yet i'm still missing the enhanced video renderer, same for windows media player.

Anyone knows what i could do?

I know it's missing because of the N version and the media feature pack should install it, but it didn't.

Let's try to isolate the cause of this issue, we suggest that you use a new
InPrivate window and try to go to a webpage with a video again. Follow the steps below:

• Open Edge.
• Click on the three dots icon on the upper right part of the screen.
• Click New InPrivate window.

If the issue persists, we suggest that you disable hardware acceleration and use software rendering instead of hardware rendering to view the webpage.
Here are the steps on how to use software rendering:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Internet Options, and click on
  Internet Options from the results.
• Click on the Advanced tab.
• Under Accelerated graphics, check Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering.
