Windows 10: Who runs MSM content moderation - I want to know the name of the exec involved!

Actually I want to beat the **** **** out of the retarded exec that runs this portfolio! Who is it? Name - where do they live.

Windows 10 - cannot add exec to Startup in Task Manager

I purchased a new computer with Windows 10 already installed. I am trying to add an exec to the startup list but Win10 will not accept it. The exec runs successfully on my Windows 10 machine if I start it manually.

Steps I've taken: Task Manager, Startup Tab, File>Run New Task. (browse to location, select.) It will start immediately, but does not show up on the list to autostart, nor does it start on reboot.

Any suggestions?

 

Text of old MSM messages disappearing, replaced with "Get media content now"

The text from older messages in many of my MSM threads has disappeared and now shows a hyperlink that says "Get media content now" which shows "Getting media content now ..." when clicked, but never gets anything. These are old text messages (mostly just
text) that I had sent and received previously without problems. Now, they show the date and time, and who sent them, but the content of the messages (which again I previously had) seems to have now been lost.

This only affects my MSM threads, not my SMS threads.

In an affected MSM thread, every message before late July 2016 is affected every message after that is fine. However, some of my MSM threads go back to 2015 with no problems.

What could have caused this? Is there any way to recover the lost old messages? Can I prevent this from happening again?
