Windows 10: who should i speak too regarding hacked in general?

Today, a few minutes ago, I was sitting at table inside a truck stop, doing my homework for school. Then all of sudden, my windows starts going up-right upside down. The font and pictures were twice as big than normal. Now, I am one of many victims of group stalking aka gang stalking here in riverside, california. I heard that gang stalker are known to do this sort of stuff, "hidden network" is what they call themselves. Can anyone lead me to the right person a live person regarding my laptop being hacked or phone linked without my consent.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

'Generic PnP monitor' issue

Hello Angelica,

I would suggest you follow steps to update the monitor driver:

Press Windows + X keys

Choose Device manager

Click on Monitors

Right click on ‘Generic PnP monitor’ and click on update driver

Tap on Browse my computer for driver software

Tap on Let me pick from a list of available drivers

Choose ‘Generic PnP monitor’ and tap on Next

When you are done please restart the computer.
