    Whole PC being very laggy and slow despite being entirely up-to-date.


    Dell Latitude 7430. Windows Updates completely up-to-date. "Dell Command Update" app completely up-to-date. "Intel Driver & Support Assistant" app completely up-to-date. "Scannow" command in Command-Prompt says there's no problems, as does "Scanhealth" command. Hard-Drive has 30% free. Task Manager says 40% memory being used.Just since booting-up this morning everything is slow and laggy: slow to restart, slow to input fields in apps like Chrome etc., slow to load all apps, slow to bring-up the Start-Menu.What information do you need to debug this? Task Manager? Event Viewer? What, pleas

    Slow & Laggy PC

    Hello,

    So, a few months ago i decided to upgrade from windows 8 to windows 10 Home, everything went though smoothly. a month later i decided to upgrade to windows 10 pro. after upgrading my pc has became extremely slow and laggy. i can barely watch videos, play
    games, web page load extremely slow, everything just slow. so i thought maybe windows 10 pro just isnt for me, so i downgraded back to windows 10 home and everything is still the same, slow and laggy and my CPU and RAM always 100% even when i just have chrome
    open. i deleted the windows.old folder, did a clean install but nothing works. any suggestion?

    My pc is a Dell System Inspiron N7110

    installed memory ram: 4.00 GB (3.90) GB unstable

    Regions speech not available despite correct language pack install

    The issue still remains unresolved, as English (Australia) simply does not show up in the list despite following all suggested steps to date (which I had done previously)

    Windows 10 is so slow despite updating everything

    I have a Lenovo ideapad 310 laptop (New with an i3 processor).

    It runs so slow and laggy despite everything including Lenovo drivers being updated. My much older Windows 7 PC and Laptop runs much faster in ever department in comparison
