    Whole screen goes black

    Hello,

This issue has been happening for over a month, and it's so annoying! It first happened when I tried to play a Youtube video. Basically what happened was I clicked on the video, it loaded for half a second, then froze for about 2 seconds, then my screen completely went black. Not just the application, not just the video, the whole screen. This has happened well over 15 times since then, and it doesn't occur only on videos. Whenever I'm on my Zoom classes, and I am doing something else on Edge or any other applications, sometimes it just goes black. When it comes back, which it does after like a minute, all the applications, not just the one that it blanked on, go white. Then when I click on them, It comes back up, but only after saying "application.exe has stopped responding." Sometimes it doesn't even come back, which is really annoying. After it comes back, if I'm watching Youtube, I click on another video, and it does it again!

I have found a fix, which is to restart my computer, but sometimes I have stuff that I have to do, and I can't always afford to restart. Also, it's just annoying to do, and I've never heard of anyone else having this problem.

    :)
