Windows 10: Whu reply?

Hi Guys , I really hope I don't offend anyone too badly , but why would someone reply to a request , and from what i read they are just taking shots in the dark .. its really just guessing . Please dont do that , its not a competition to see who answers the most question . I got real issue and i follow the thread and to be honest with you , the person posing the question knows more than the person trying to answer it , Now we back at square one because the bloke trying to help , as good intentioned as he might , has obviously not encountered the problem before and that not only leaves the guy

Changed Cortana into US English but Still Replied in Chinese

I suggest you to Remove the Chineselanguage and add it again and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Remove the Chinese language.

  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on the Option adjacent to the
  Chineselanguage.
  
• 
  Click on remove under input method.
  

Step 2: Add ChineseLanguage.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Add the Chinese language from the given list.
