Windows 10: Why a software as Gopro player can be downloaded from Microsoft store, it can starts but...

Hello,I setup Gopro player tu convert my .360 video in order to import it in Adobe after effect Apparently it is not possible to import .360 directly in AE.When I launch Gopro player from Ms Store I can see in manager task that is well started two times, ressources consumed are always the same 16% processor, 4,4mo memory but however no new window open and it is like if nothing happens.I ask this question in Microsoft support because the soft is from Ms Store, running on Windows 11 and normally works well

GoPro Player download in the Microsoft store appears to be broken. GoPro support points to the Microsoft page as the problem. Is the download available from a different place at Microsoft, or can this download get fixed? Get GoPro Player + ReelSteady from the Microsoft Store

For a start, you can try to Restart your computer, launch the Microsoft Store app, sign in again, then attempt downloading again. Sometimes, it may be network problem.

Thanks for the reply! No error, just fails to download anything. No prompt at all. I talked with GoPro 3x and they all said the GoPro Player link was broken on when they tried as well, "it's on MS side", so I'm confused it is working for you. The windows download for GoPro Player works for you? What version of the player downloads? I've tried multiple browsers on multiple PCs and no download happens, almost like a dead or "linkless" button. Sorry to ask, but is there some way you can share the file you downloaded? Share site, email, etc.? GoPro tells me they have no alternate links for download which sounds suspect to me. Some tech guy somewhere has to have a copy they could email...
