Windows 10: Why all of a sudden, my win 11 calculator icon shown as the snipping tool

It's confusing that everytime I opened up calculator, but instead the icon shown on the task is the snipping tool, as shown below, the first snipping tool icon is the real one, and the second marked by a red arrow is actually the calculator. How to fix this?

Snipping tool not working

I'm trying to use the Snipping Tool (Windows+Shift+S) but when it opens up to let me select which part of the screen to select, it blanks out the entire screen so that there is nothing to select. I'm not sure when this stopped working since I do not use it very often. I'm using:

• Edition Windows 11 Pro
  
• Version 21H2
  
• Installed on ‎11/‎6/‎2021
  
• OS build 22000.613
  
• Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.613.0
  
• The Snipping Tool shows version 11.2201.12.0
  

Does anyone have any suggestions?

SNIPPING TOOL

Hi,

All of a sudden I am getting the error message when trying to open up the Snipping Tool of:

The Snipping Tool is not working on your computer right now. Restart your computer, and then try again. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.

I have rebooted. My system did do a windows update last night.

Any suggestions?
