Windows 10: Why am I getting a blank screen from my win10 install USB?

Right now I'm trying to boot into a USB device to install windows 10 on an SSD. I immediately just get a blank screen (photo attached)


So far I have:


Taken out video card and used mobo hdmi connector
Re arranged video inputs
Swapped monitors
Turned off safe boot
Adjusted boot priority
Checked motherboard power
Checked GPU power
Checked HDD and SSD connections
Checked USB boot on another device
Attempted to update bios version
Swapped USB ports
Turned monitors off and on again
Reconnected cables on and off again
Hard cut power on and off again
Booted from non-UEFI secondary partitions
Reset BIOS to factory settings
Used different monitors as primary video output
Tried using diskpart in the win10 install utility

Any ideas?

Can help for the solution for this. It is working fine with 8.1 windows Lenovo b540 all in one pc. after installing win10
screen came up ( installing 45 min) and gone screen blank. Switch on but boot up screen noting.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
