Windows 10: Why am I getting a message that says "BOOTMGR" is missing?

I just got this new computer 4 days ago. I am having a problem when my external hard drives are plugged in and I try to start up my computer. The following is my message to you: "Hello My order from you and Amazon #113-0500913-6031444 was delivered to me in Trinidad & Tobago yesterday. Unfortunately I'm having a few problems as follows: Problems with Windows 10... "Attempting to boot from USB Device when external storage devices are plugged in". "BOOTMGR is missing" is the error message I'm getting The computer will only boot properly if no external USB drives are plugged in.

BOOTMGR is missing.......

BOOTMGR is missing... I attempted to install Windows Vista and Windows Vista had an error occur and could not install... I waited 30 mins for it to exit the install but it never did... Consequently, I restarted the computer...

Ever since then I get this message...

"BOOTMGR is missing..."

"Press CTRL+ALT+DLT to restart."

Everytime I do nothing happens... Same message.

What do I do?? *Confused

yes it says the the BOOTMGR is missing when it goes to the boot screen and yes everything is set in the bios to boot from cd/dvd

 

BOOTMGR Missing?!

Hi all,

I was just playing on a game when it decided to freeze up totally. I couldn't do anything at all so I hit the reset button.

Now I can't start my PC. I get through the POST and I can see my hard drive in the BIOS, but, after that I just get a message telling me:

'BOOTMGR is missing
Press ctrl+alt+delete to restart.'

PLEASE tell me this isn't the end!! Can I replace it BOOTMGR somehow?! I have loads of stuff I need on there and really don't want to lose it all!!
