Windows 10: Why am I getting ads on Hearts Deluxe after paying to remove them a few years ago?

I can't remember exactly when I paid but I know it was before Covid.No ads for years then got the same one over and over today.Why? How do I stop them without paying again?

How to remove ads from Delux Hearts game

The Game was working great and now these Ads are popping up and the program stops working. Why do they always have to have Ads screwing up programs. Get rid of the Ads!!!!!!

Hearts Deluxe by Random Salad

I had hearts deluxe on my PC ever since I loaded Windows 10, about a year ago. A few day ago I started having problems. When I tried to execute it would flash on screen and go away. I uninstalled and download again. Same problem.
