Windows 10: Why am i getting halloween as the crossword clue every day

I am getting the same crossword clue on word games. Since November 07, the crossword clue has been Halloween. How can I fix this or is this a glitch in the game itself.

I can get to the next step, but can't really figure out the best strategy. Click on a letter with a key on the puzzle. Go over to the right and click on the lock. Repeat this process until the number goes to 0, then the next clue and puzzle open. If
you can't solve the jeopardy type puzzle, you can repeat the entire filling in of the crossword and get a new mystery puzzle. I can't figure out how to pick letters for the mystery clue, etc. I can just get to it.

"In the Crossword Daily Challenges, the objective is to always solve the Mystery Clue. You unlock letters for the Mystery Clue by correctly answering clues in the puzzle that contain keys. The hint for the Mystery Clue is very general, i.e it may just say "Thing"
or "Place," so some letters are definitely going to have to be found in order to correctly guess it. You have a limited number of guesses, so if you don't get it with those guesses, you lose. This isn't necessarily a bad thing though, as on your next attempt,
the crossword puzzle will be the exact same, but the Mystery Clue will be different, meaning you might get something easier, or that you are more knowledgeable about."

Hi Neil: Thank you for responding. I am talking about the Microsoft Daily Challenges Mystery Clue crossword puzzle on my PC. I can answer all of the clues but I do not know how to unlock the final clue.
