Windows 10: Why am i getting this error message when trying to launch assasins creed syndicate

im getting a missing dll file error after I have already payed the game once and try to launch it again

When I try to install Assasin's creed, It shows

ASSASSIN CREED SYNDICATE ACS.EXE-SYSTEMS ERROR

I am trying to run Assassin Creed Syndicate but keep getting error - ACS.exe-Systems Error. The code execution cannot proceed because d3dx9_43.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I have reinstalled the game but it does not help.

I have Windows 10 with Bitdefender 2018 anti-virus.

Also IO bit anti malware has been installed.

E7 Angry bird & Assasins creed not working

I am facing the same problem with assasins creed on an N8. Does not work after belle update. I have downloaded and installed it twice and as soon as I launch it, the phone goes into a loop with black screen and flashing feature not supported. I have no
option but to reboot the phone after that.
