Windows 10: Why am I getting windows error code 0x80072EE2 after deactivating my windows 10 license on...

I recently built a new computer and went to activate windows with the product key that I had used on the previous machine. The activation didn't work, however, after some research, I went and deactivated my windows license on the previous computer using the commands "slmgr /upk" and "slmgr /cpky". I received the message that windows was successfully deactivated, so I restarted that computer. On my new computer I used the command "slmgr /ipk" to activate my windows license key, the "activate windows" in the bottom right of the screen was removed but I am still unable to personalize my computer

Windows 10 error code 0x80072EE2-0x20000

I had previously been getting the Windows 10 error code 0x80070005-0x9002, (trying to upgrade from Windows 8.1) now I am getting a different error code 0x80072EE2-0x2000. How do I fix it?
