Windows 10: Why am I no longer able to print borderless photos on my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus.

Why am I no longer able to print borderless photos on my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus. It is also cutting off portions of the photos. I believe I have Windows 10 on my computer. I don't know which application the Microsoft program is using for photo editing.

We have just downloaded Windows 10 on our HP Pavilion g7 Notebook and have been unable to connect and print with our HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus.

Any suggestions.

Windows 10 and printing photos

Prior to the upgrade to Windows 10, I could print 4 x 6 photos without any white border. Since the installation of Windows 10, there is no option to change to borderless printing. I have a HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus injet printer and have the latest drivers
installed.

My HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus printer appears influenced by Microsoft Windows 10 updates. A file requested to be printed following the printing of a previous item can sit in the printer queue for around 20 minutes or so whether deliberately deleted or otherwise. Further requests to print recreate a veritable log jam. A more computer literate family member quickly discovered that the HP driver I had installed had been replaced by a Microsoft variant, and after he removed it and then replaced it with the original HP driver all was well. I have had a number of MS updates since then, and my printer has again reverted to files sitting in the print queue. Are you able to help please?
