Windows 10: Why am I not able to get unlimited a.i. images generations on Microsoft Designer?

In the FAQ area about Microsoft Designer, it says I can generate UNLIMITED images. As far as I can tell, I have only ever had 15 generations and then...well, I don't even know. I can't find anywhere that is tells when I get more generations. Is this false advertising? Thank you. I have gone directly to openai.com and have a paid account that allows unlimited DALL-E 3 access. I no longer use the Microsoft Designer interface. Very limited.
