Windows 10: Why am I not getting verification codes from Microsoft?

I have a meeting this week and noticed when trying to "verifying my identity" or "update profile info" Microsoft says they're gonna send a code and don't actually do it.This doesn't just happen with 1 email but 2 of mine, I've checked junk/spam already and went to see if Microsft was blocked on either one. Tried everything already but still no solutions or email.The email the code needs to be sent to is an iCloud account, but nothing's coming through in my Yahoo account either, is this a server-wide issue?

To begin with troubleshooting I would like you to answer the following question:

• Which email client are you using?
• What exactly do you mean by"I have entered but unfortunately there is email code send to my inbox whatsoever."?
• Are you not receiving any verification code to your primary account that you have access to?
• Is your phone number registered to get the verification code?
